What is KYC verification and is it mandatory?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is our identity verification process — you upload a valid ID and a selfie. It is mandatory for all sellers. Verified listings receive 3× more inquiries.
How do I contact a seller directly?
Every verified listing has a direct chat and call button. Click "Contact Seller" on any property page to message or call the seller directly — no agent middlemen.
Is Blomset Properties free for buyers?
Yes. Searching, viewing listings, saving properties, and contacting sellers is completely free for buyers.
What should I do if I suspect a scam?
Report it immediately via the fraud@blomsetproperties.com email or use the Report button on any listing page. We investigate all reports within 24 hours and remove bad actors.
Can I advertise or sponsor listings on Blomset Properties?
