It's a helpful shortcut for narrowing down scam-free options faster, but it doesn't replace doing your own checks. Always confirm a listing yourself using the safety checklist further down this page before you pay anything.
Click any listing to open its full details page, where you'll find the full photo gallery, video or 3D tour where available, price and specifications, seller information, and a Contact Seller option.
Click the heart/save icon on any listing to add it to your favourites, so you can find it again later without searching from scratch.
You can message a seller directly from a listing page. This starts a private inquiry thread where you can ask questions, request more photos or a video walkthrough, or arrange a viewing — no phone number required upfront.
No — you can search, view listings, and read the Community forum without creating an account. You'll only be asked to opt-in when you want to message a seller, or set up alerts from that seller.
Once signed in, save a search — e.g. "3-bedroom flats in Lekki under ₦50m" — and turn on alerts. You'll be notified whenever a new matching listing goes live.
Anyone can read the Community — real discussions from Nigerians at home and abroad about the property market, scam warnings, and advice. You'll need a free Community account to post, reply, or vote. It's worth searching there before you commit to any deal — someone may have already flagged the seller or the property.

Use the Report option on the listing or seller's profile, or post in the Community's Scam Watch category so other buyers are warned too. Our team reviews every report and takes action on confirmed cases, including removing listings and suspending accounts.
Blomset Properties provides a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers — we verify identity through KYC and review listings where indicated, but we are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and seller, and we do not hold, escrow, or guarantee any payment made directly between users. If you send money to a seller without completing the verification steps above — including in-person or video confirmation of the property before payment — that transaction and any resulting loss falls outside Blomset Properties' responsibility, in line with the disclaimer in our Privacy Policy.
This isn't us trying to avoid helping you — it's exactly why this guide exists. Following the checklist above is the actual protection; the badges and platform are tools to help you verify faster, not a replacement for verifying at all.
