Beware: "agent" collecting inspection fees for a Lekki plot that isn't theirs

Someone posing as an agent has been collecting ₦20k 'inspection fees' for a plot on the Lekki-Epe corridor that actually belongs to a family estate. Confirmed with the real family — they have never listed it. Please always verify the C of O and cross-check with the family/estate office before sending any money.
This is the third report like this I've seen this month. Always insist on a physical inspection with the actual title holder present — never just the 'agent'.
